Digitalisation confronts companies in all industries with major challenges. These challenges can only be mastered through a structured, systematic approach.
The Interreg AT-HU project “IMPROVE!” is dedicated to this topic and seeks to support small and medium-sized enterprises in the border region Austria / Hungary in their digitalisation projects. The aim is to connect organisations that are committed to digital transformation on both sides of the border.
This should enable knowledge exchange and cross-border interaction between the different organisations.
The project focuses on the following activities:
1) Service portfolio digitalisation
2) Methodology for measuring the technological maturity of companies
3) Pilot actions and a case study catalogue related to digitalisation
4) Expansion of the digitalisation network
The project consortium consists of the following partners:

PROGRAMME AREA
The programme area extends over the area of the Austrian-Hungarian border and comprises the following 11 NUTS 3 regions: Northern, Central and Southern Burgenland, Vienna, Vienna Environs-South, Lower Austria South, Graz and Eastern Styria, Györ-Moson-Sopron, Vas and Zala. Only those projects can be funded that implement their activities in the programme area.

Open call for pilot projetcs
We would like to draw your attention to the possibility of a call for innovative solutions!
In the framework of IMPROVE! cross-border project there is an opportunity to provide services of free of charge for pilot projects implemented by SMEs and start-ups registered in Hungary or Austria
The subject of the pilot project are digital solutions that fall into at least one of the following areas:
[1] Production, [2] Engineering, [3] Software, [4] Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning and [5] Electronics
