MULTI-LEVEL HYBRID LEARNING – NEW HYBRID AND MULTI-LEVEL QUALIFICATION MODEL (VET + UNIVERSITY + THE BUSINESS SECTOR) FOR NEW EMPLOYMENT NEEDS AND EMERGING PROFESSIONAL PROFILES

The rapid technological evolution and the new digital transformation are generating a gap between demand and supply in the labour market, which will intensify progressively with the need for new emerging professional profiles in the so-called “4th industrial revolution”. Within the largest field of new specialized employment – scientific and technological (STEM) areas – both young women and people with physical disabilities face challenges and barriers to access technical training. These challenges have been observed by each member of the project partnership (Austria, Spain, and Italy).

The project MULTI-LEVEL HYBRID LEARNING addresses these gaps by supporting people to acquire and develop basic skills and key competences, to boost employment capacity in new specialities, skills and profiles professionals associated with the deep and rapid transformation of the labour market.

Safe and intelligent Workspaces

The project “Safe and Intelligent Workspaces” pursues the innovative goal of developing generate models for the creation of a safe, efficient and advanced industrial working environment on the basis of artificial intelligence and digital assistance systems as well as empirical data of Styrian industrial companies.

Smart Data Services (SDS) (Focus innovation-based digitalisation)

The aim of the project is to build up R&D competencies in the core subject areas of service engineering and data science in order to enable the development and innovation of Smart Data Services (SDS). To this end, the models for service development (Service Engineering Procedure Model) and innovation development (Graz Innovation Model) developed at University of Applied Sciences CAMPUS 02 will be adapted to the new conditions and requirements of digitalization and thus also of Industry 4.0.

IMPROVE!

IMPROVE! pursues the goal of strengthening the innovative power in the ATHU region for digitalization, to strengthen engineering and entrepreneurship of young SMEs and start-ups in a targeted manner. The consistent cooperation with ATHU stakeholders (research, economy, policy) and excellent European mentors should contribute significantly to an improved international competitiveness (products, services).

LEARN – Towards a holistic transformation of organisations into learning workplaces

LEARN aims to develop a strategic approach for the transformation of organisations into learning workplaces. By designing and developing an ISO certification scheme, organisations can be certified as learning workplaces.

BIG PictureTM – The Graz Innovation model

The innovation model BIG PictureTM is a holistic, strategy-oriented and cyclical model. It makes the complex topic of innovation management with its strategy integration, the possible innovation classes from incremental to radical, the operational processes and decision steps virtually comprehensible at a glance.
