General Assembly

The General Assembly is made up of representatives from all CAMPUS 02 GmbH partners and has an extensive right of co-determination as the opinion-forming and decision-making body of the partners.

§ 35 of the GmbH law expressly accords the General Assembly a series of matters for decision-making or approval. Furthermore, in the articles of association, additional matters and legal acts can be accorded further to agreement by the partners. The Exceutive Board is bound to these instructions of the General Assembly
