Working at CAMPUS 02

CAMPUS 02 is known as one of the top educational institutions in the higher education sector. From this image also our employees benefit, who ensure the success of our University of Applied Science. In order to maintain this high-level commitmment, employees must also feel comfortable at their working place. CAMPUS 02 has therefore put together a package of attractive employment benefits:

Reconciling family & job

It is important to us to support both, mothers and fathers in combining work and family in the best possible way. Therefore, we offer a flexitime model, various part-time working options, home office days or care leave. In addition, longer vacation and flexitime periods can be combined and taken together. During the summer months, we offer various childcare opportunities through our cooperations (e.g. with the Styria Economic Chamber or the Children’s University, Graz).

New Work

At CAMPUS 02 you can expect a varied range of interesting tasks as well as a secure job. Our employees also benefit from our good image as one of the top educational institutions in the higher education sector. A mentoring system ensures that you receive perfect support during your induction phase at the beginning of your employment. Even before Corona existed, CAMPUS 02 had already home office arrangements in place. An employment agreement with our works council determines the framework conditions. Some employees have already opted for a short or longer-term sabbatical model in order to have more time for private projects of all kinds.
