Method Development Projects

Projects in method development address the development of tools primarily apt for SMBs. The aim is to facilitate SMBs’ targeted and structured procedures so that they can operate in the way large enterprises with better resources do.

The results gained from these projects are, for example, SMB-appropriate innovation guidelines that can immediately be implemented into the business.

The topics of the Degree Programme in Innovation Management and Information Technologies & Business Informatics serve as the focus of the projects in this area. Projects in Innovation Management aim to adapt and develop methods and tool sets in order to enable systematic innovation for SMBs, while projects in IT & Business Informatics are aimed at smart services and smart DATA services.
