The Info Point at CAMPUS 02 represents the main contact for students, lecturers, staff members and visitors.

If you have any questions, uncertainties or problems, our team at the Info Point will do its best to meet your needs. As an information interface, the Info Point forwards information and takes care of staff mail. Furthermore, it acts as a lost & found service, storing forgotten objects and delivering them to their owners. People with disabilities also find the support they need at the Info Point. No matter what, the Info Point is your key contact!

If you have lost any objects, such as a piece of clothing, USB sticks or studying material, we will store your belongings for six months.

We offer a comprehensive range of writing and office material: from folders, writing pads, bags and highlighters to power banks in our  CAMPUS 02 shop

Our facilities, such as the entrance hall and lecture halls, can be booked for different events. Please contact us for more information.

First aid kits and defibrillators are to be found at the Info Point. If you need the ambulance, call us!
